USFSA Membership

Every Skater that is enrolled in the Learn to Skate Program,  Synchronized Skating Program and Private Ice must be a member of and pay a membership fee to the United State Figure Skating Association each year.  All skaters that are a part of a Competitive Synchro team (SS1, SS2, Pre-Juvenile, Open Juvenile & Intermediate) should have already completed their membership for this season.  As a part of this registration process you will be asked to provide your membership number.

Each Participant must register first with USFSA and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2019-2020 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to the USFSA Website and register your skater(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE the confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your skaters with USFSA. Each skater must have their own unique USFSA confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USFSA  Confirmation Number that you received in Step 1.

Family Cap for Activity Fees

As in years past, we are offering a Family Cap for Winter registration fees.  The Family Cap this year is $950.00 and applies to the activity fees only and does NOT include fees for youth hockey clinics, private ice, USA Hockey or USFSA registration, late or non-resident fees.  If you are registering in both Hockey and Skating and think you will meet the Family Cap  you MUST call the Parks and Recreation Office prior to completing registration to receive instructions and a discount code to complete the registration process. If registering just for skating you can continue and the program will calculate the family cap.  Please call our office with any questions, 218-773-8000.  NO refunds will be given on completed registrations.

Late Registration Fees / Registration Deadline

A $30.00 late registration fee will be applied to all registrations completed after Sunday, September 22nd. NO exceptions.

The last day for accepting registrations will be Wednesday, October 2nd.
